General
Yes, we offer delivery to any location, hotels, and airport. Price starts at Php 250 and this is based on distance. Please use the website and enter your address. The price is automatically calculated.
The payment for your reservation is collected at the time of vehicle pickup. Should there be any changes or cancellations, please let us know ahead. We want to keep the zero reservation fee and free cancellation policy.
The mileage limit is 250 km/day. We also offer an option for unlimited mileage for an additional charge. Sample total mileage for the whole trip would be duration x 250km. For a 10 day trip it would be 2500km in total.
Customers who wish to return their motorcycle earlier than the scheduled rental end date must notify Motorent Manila at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide 48-hour notice will result in charges for the next full rental day. Example: If your rental period ends on Sunday at 3:00 PM but you decide to return the motorcycle early, e.g., Saturday at 3:00 PM, you must notify us by Thursday at 3:00 PM at the latest to avoid extra charges. Without this notice, you will be charged for the full scheduled rental period.
Absolutely, at no extra cost. We do not have any destination limit as long as this is within the mileage limit. Please inform us ahead so we can prepare the documents. Please include this on the note of your booking.
Yes, there is a refundable security deposit starting at Php 1000. This is returned if there is no damage to the vehicle.
No. Passport is not a strict requirement. For customers who wants to have a lower security deposit, they can voluntarily use their passport.
Absolutely. Please let us know ahead so we can prepare your units.
Yes we do! For rents of more than 7 days we provide a kit for FREE. Compact repair kit includes 1 mini folding pliers, 1 small chain lube, 1 inflator/power bank, 1 hex tool set, 1 tire repair kit, 1 twist drill, 1 jack drill, 1 adhesive glue, 5 rubber strips, 20 nylon cables, and extra interiors.
Yes, as a protective measure for you and us, all units are equipped with commercial-grade GPS trackers.
Yes, we provide discounts ranging from 5-20% depending on the unit for long-term rentals. This discount is reflected in the final price shown.

No. Our lead riders set the pace and choose lines suited for beginners. You just need to be comfortable on a motorcycle.
All protective gear is included — helmet, boots, knee guards, and body armor. Check the Gear page for the full list.
It happens and it is part of the adventure. We do not charge for scratches or normal wear and tear. Damage from improper use or reckless driving is the renter's responsibility, but we offer two tiers of insurance to reduce your liability.
Onroad Guided Tours
The motorcycle, a lead rider, fuel, accommodation, and route planning. Meals and ferry fees vary by tour — check the specific tour page for details.
Yes. Pillion riders are welcome on most guided tours at an additional fee that covers their accommodation and meals.
Groups are kept small, typically 4–8 riders, so the pace stays comfortable and the guide can give everyone attention.
Onroad Self-Guided Tours
A GPS-loaded route, pre-booked hotels, and 24/7 phone support. You ride at your own pace without a lead rider.
Yes. The route is a recommendation. You are free to detour or add stops — just keep your hotel check-in times in mind.
