Where are your pick up points located?

Do you offer delivery service?

Yes, we offer delivery to any location, hotels, and airport. Price starts at Php 150 and this is based on distance. Please use the website and enter your address. The price is automatically calculated.

When should I expect to make the payment for my vehicle reservation?

The payment for your reservation is collected at the time of vehicle pickup. Should there be any changes or cancellations, please let us know ahead. We want to keep the zero reservation fee and free cancellation policy.

What is the mileage limit?

The mileage limit is 250 km/day. We also offer an option for unlimited mileage for an
additional charge. Sample total mileage for the whole trip would be duration x 250km. For a 10 day trip it would be 2500km in total.

Free Cancellation and Early return

Customers who wish to return their motorcycle earlier than the scheduled rental end date must notify Motorent Manila at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide 48-hour notice will result in charges for the next full rental day.
Example: If your rental period ends on Sunday at 3:00 PM but you decide to return the motorcycle early, e.g., Saturday at 3:00 PM, you must notify us by Thursday at 3:00 PM at the latest to avoid extra charges. Without this notice, you will be charged for the full scheduled rental period.

Can we bring the rented unit in different islands via ferry?

Absolutely, at no extra cost. We do not have any destination limit as logn as this is within the mileage limit. Please inform us ahead so we can prepare the documents. Please include this on the note of your booking.

Is there a security deposit required?

Yes, there is a refundable security deposit starting at Php 1000. This is returned if there
is no damage to the vehicle.

Do you require the passport as security deposit?

No. Passport is not a strict requirement. For customers who wants to have a lower security deposit, they can voluntarily use their passport.

Do you host group bookings?

Absolutely. Please let us know ahead so we can prepare your units.

Do you provide a tire repair and tool kit?

Yes we do! For rents of more than 7 days we provide a kit for FREE. Compact repair kit includes 1 mini folding pliers, 1 small chain lube, 1 inflator/power bank, 1 hex tool set, 1 tire repair kit, 1 twist drill, 1 jack drill, 1 adhesive glue, 5 rubber strips, 20 nylon cables, and extra interiors.

Do your units have GPS trackers?

Yes, as a protective measure for you and us, all units are equipped with commercial-
grade GPS trackers.

Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

Yes, we provide discounts ranging from 5-20% depending on the unit for long-term rentals.
This discount is reflected in the final price shown.

Yes, we refund the unused days for shortening trips. For extensions, please contact us.
